El Pueblito opened in west Greeley in 2001 with one idea: serve hearty, satisfying Mexican food in a place that feels like home. More than twenty years later, that's still exactly what we do.

We started on the west side of Greeley as a family-run neighborhood spot — generous portions, familiar faces, and a staff that remembers your order. That community spirit has shaped everything about how we cook and how we host.

A second home in Loveland
When we opened in Loveland, the goal was simple: the same warm dining room, a new neighborhood. It quickly earned its own loyal following across Northern Colorado.
